We aim to process and ship your ready-made orders 3-12 days from date of order and one-of-a-kind and made-to order pieces 2-4 weeks (unless otherwise specified).
‘Flat-Rate Shipping’ within Canada and internationally, refers to regular mail sent via Canada Post and does not include a tracking number. Expedited shipping rates can be obtained if needed. IN studio Pickup orders will be notified of pick up instructions via email when order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up location is in Okotoks, AB.
International orders are sent via Canada Post and may take up to 7-8 weeks to arrive. Customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may be incurred upon pickup.
Crooked Tree Studio is not responsible for the rare occurrence of tracked items that state that they have been delivered but are not received by customer. We will do everything we can to work with Canada Post to investigate the location of packages that are delivered yet not received by customer. Please ensure you check your delivery location often when expecting a delivery.
If Door Front Delivery is Chosen, Customer is responsible if item is stolen or damaged as it will be delivered in fine condition to location agreed upon.
Returns/Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we are confident you will love your Crooked Tree Studio purchase. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us via hello@crookedtreestudio.ca
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.
Kindly email crookedtreestudio.ca with your exchange and/or return request before shipping your product.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs on return(s) of item(s). Shipping costs paid at time of transaction are non-refundable. (ps if you are shipping a return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance)

For exchanges, the replacement item’s shipping must be covered by the customer (as shipping is already discounted, this small fee will apply again when Crooked Tree Studio ships the exchanged item).
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our products are made with salvaged and new wood and therefore may have slight character flaws such as knots and markings and may shift and change shape over time. We are not responsible for these changes as that is the natural way of wood.
We clean, sand and oil our wood products to prevent loose wood slivers,however, always use caution when handling products as with any repurposed wood, there is always a possibility a sliver could break free and cause injury when handling. Crooked Tree Studio, its owners and its employees are not responsible for any harm that may come from our products.
When hanging our products the customer is solely responsible for proper hanging of items and the safety involved with hanging or displaying items.
