IN studio Pickup orders will be notified of pick up instructions via email when order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up location is in Okotoks, AB.
International orders are sent via Canada Post and may take up to 7-8 weeks to arrive. Customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may be incurred upon pickup.
Crooked Tree Studio is not responsible for the rare occurrence of tracked items that state that they have been delivered but are not received by customer. We will do everything we can to work with Canada Post to investigate the location of packages that are delivered yet not received by customer. Please ensure you check your delivery location often when expecting a delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging.

For exchanges, the replacement item’s shipping must be covered by the customer (as shipping is already discounted, this small fee will apply again when Crooked Tree Studio ships the exchanged item).
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our products are made with salvaged and new wood and therefore may have slight character flaws such as knots and markings and may shift and change shape over time. We are not resposible for these changes as that is the natural way of wood.
